My first experience was not good but I'll give the business a second chance. Any business is only as good as the weakest link.I made an appointment a week ago and I was very specific about the location as my lawyer works from the same office block and I've had great service from her.I arrived 10 minutes early and announced my arrival. Politely asked to take a seat. 20 minutes after my appointment was due to start I received a phone call from another office asking why I hadn't turned up!I'd driven 75 km for the appointment and drove 75 km home again. No service!Apparently the other office is only 25 km from where I live. I'll be going there on Thursday but wouldn't you think it would have been a good idea to suggest it to me in the first place?
Very poor service. A tax return may take a few months before it gets done besides a few mistakes and re-works. You will also pay for the time spent by the accountant rectifying his own mistakes.
