good service from staff
Don't understand why we have two meet and greet people who could jump behind the counter and reduce wait times. If it wasn't so hard to change banks I would be long gone. 20 minutes to do a simple transaction.
So incredibly S L O W and inefficient, even with updated facilities. Always long wait times because business bank with general public despite having a dedicated 'business centre'. Upon inquiring, I was informed that the business centre wasn't for everyday business banking, what is the point then? I have started stashing money at home to avoid having to go in as frequently. Always leave frustrated and angry. Really must look into banking else where. I suggest you do the same. Only wish google would allow you to leave zero stars, one star is over rating ANZ.
Update your bloody opening times. I have a crook leg and now i have too hang around for an extra half hr in pain. Not a happy customer right now.
