My rate with this shop is totally 0. Will never recommend this shop!!!I have ordered clothes online , first they advised me that the item I ordered has been oversold. Next when my other items arrived its full of creased and wrinkly. Its like someone have used it and just pack it . You cant even wear it as it doesnt look new . It defeats the purpose of buying new clothes . And considering the price I paid with the clothes . I ordered online all the time and never received how bad like this before . I emailed them and sent picture straight away, and their response was you need to iron and steam it before you wear it seriously, no apology given . And whats the purpose of new clothes if you need to fully iron or steam them before you wear it. Will never order or buy in this shop anymore . And will never recommended at all. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Store credits only valid for 6 months... too bad if you thought you had a year, like most credits. Good money maker for them I guess.
Purchased a pair of the megan jean's online. Super comfy, love the high rise and rips! Best Jean's I think I've ever owned.
I agree with the other reviews. The return policy is pretty bad. I have shopped with Frankie and co for many years and since they've got big on Instagram, their prices have gone up and quality gone down. I ordered 3 cami's exactly the same but different colors..... but 1 of them was completely different to the other 2??! Not sure what happened with their claimed meticulous Quality Control.
