When I first moved to Bendigo and had no actual guitar maintenance or experience Greg and Dwayne helped me with my curious modding brain. I have spent thousands of dollars and countless hours at his store and never felt like I got ripped off by a sale. Greg knows his customers needs very well and left me alone to explore as I don't tend to lean on opinions or advice when I buy gear I am a stubborn guy that fact was obvious haha. He has been very generous with me and I have always found obscure parts through his business. I know this business is very busy but I can promise when they get to you, whether it being for customer service or for ur guitars setup it will be well looked after. I must also mention Dwayne works! He is in my mind the the best tech in central Bendigo, attention to detail is flawless his setups are to make the guitar play and age better, just down to earth and everything I have to show for myself regarding my skill palate with setups I've learnt from Dwayne I have essentially reverse engineered his work. They are the superior music shop in town just wholesome value. I must add Austin is good too.

Really friendly staff here who are more than willing to help you with any need. They have a great selection of instruments and equipment which are really reasonably priced. A great help for beginners especially.

dropped off an expensive guitar for work/repairs . 3 weeks pass, no word on my piece. when i returned they had lost my contact details, the work they did was not even what i asked for and overcharged from the quote i had. a bitter bitter dissapointment.
