A truely customer service based business. I called the morning of the day I need a delivery, and that was no issue at all. I had asked if they happened to do the flower arrangements in the tea cups and was told they had in the past but currently had none in stock. After patiently listening to me trying to decided what I wanted, I chose a bouquet of mixed flowers and I had my order placed. Only a hour or so later I received a phone call back from The Flower Spot saying they had been able to source 2 tea mugs with different designs and if I would prefer one of those. All of this was done with a smile you could see over the phone. To top it off, a picture of the flower arrangement was sent to me as I love out of town, and it was just perfect for the occasion. Affordable and reasonable prices, wonderful service and beautiful end products. Highly recommend.
I ordered flowers online for my daughters birthday from the Flower Spot & wow oh wow they were beautiful. For a small fee they were delivered to her door. I certainly got value for money with this magnificent arrangement that was also put into a lovely reusable ceramic pot. I certainly would recommend anyone wanting flowers to go to the Flower Spot. I could not have been happier with how beautiful the arrangement was and the quality of the flowers. They seemed to last a life time.
