After a lot of research and going into other stores it was such a pleasure going into the bendigo store yesterday and dealing with Molly. The knowledge and expertise that she has is amazing. A massive credit to your company. Will be recommending her to all my friends and family
Among the four main bed specialist retailers in Bendigo, I found Kathryns service and expertise to be second to none. I had checked out forums, reviews and product descriptions of mattresses and tried out several mattresses at several retailers before fixing my mind on a Sealy Posturepedic mattress. When I walked into Regal Sleep Solutions, I had already spent several days researching and was only interested in getting a competitive price quote for a Sealy mattress. Kathryn explained the features of the Regal mattresses extensively, and was very objective in her presentation of the facts. She was very particular about not applying or even appearing to apply any high-pressure sales tactic. I spent 4 hours in the store, reading up reviews on the Regal mattresses, researching specifications on the mattresses, and comparing them to other mattress types/brand names all done while Kathryn explained the technical details of the industry and the specifications of the various mattress types and brand names. She had very extensive knowledge of mattresses and bedding supplies from her many years of experience in the industry. I finally purchased a Regal mattress and also referred a friend. I probably would not have changed my mind from purchasing a Sealy mattress if it were not for Kathryns forthrightness, patience and diligence in addressing my questions. Highly recommended!PS. Been using the mattress for 2 weeks now and it's been great so far.
The customer service at Regal Sleep Solutions in Bendigo is second to none. Molly took the time to explain to me what would best suit my needs and helped me find the perfect mattress and pillows. My back has felt better than it ever has and could not be more appreciative of Molly and the team at Regal Sleep Solutions. They are true professionals.
My first ever mattress purchase.Molly was super helpful with explaining the differences in older mattresses (what I previously owned) and what Regal Sleep build/sell. The spring system was actually rather fascinating. Even though the store is in Bendigo and I live in Geelong they could deliver the mattress and for a small bonus fee they took my old mattress off my hands. No one thinks about how to get rid of a mattress until it's time.How is my new mattress? 3 months in and I have not woken up sore once! Previously I would be conscious to how I fell asleep and be sure not to over sleep as the damages to my muscles and joints would hurt (I'm currently 30 years old). With my new mattress I'm actually finding it hard to motivate myself to get out of bed and get along with my day. It's actually that damn comfortable!Thanks Regal, very highly recommended.
