Waited 7 hours to be admitted from the emergency department. Crazy that still happens in a new "world class" hospital. The food is all round terrible, even from the cafe, they desperately need a proper, half decent, food court. However one thing I can't complain about is the staff. They were amazing.
Mother waited 4 hours for service while while bleeding on the floor in emergency.Another time I went in with a child in an emergency, there was no staff at the desk for 20 minutes and a long line started to form as no one was being served.Great grandma went in during life threatening emergency, took many hours to get any attention.Apathy and lethargy is the definition of that emergency room.Everyone past that was fine like doctors ect.
My child was admited to hospital on wednesday night , although it was a long wait for the Emergency department to see him the medical staff the Doctors, Nurses, the porters the cleaners and everyone working at Bendigo Health were absolutely fantastic, extremely friendly and very professional.It realy is a five star, state of the art Hospital with very new and modern facilities. I would like to thank each and everyone at Bendigo Health.
Been at ed for 5 hours with my little bub and still havent been seen. Great job. He is really sick. But ya know..blood nose fixed in 3 minutes is much more important
The best hospital to be in. Incredible staff and excellent support for families. Parking is easy with a realistic capped day rate. Pleasant garden areas in the front of the building
