I wouldnt even give one star ...Were told to go with them to help us with the purchase of our first home. On the phone they sound like they listen and care. Thats only a facade. We received the contract of sale and it had nothing we asked for. We asked for special clauses to protect ourselves and were told yes of course on the phone. But the contract came back signed by the other party without those clauses. The dates put On the contract would have caused us prejudice if we signed. It would have us tied up in an unconditional contract of sale (gave us only 14 days to get approved for finance. And without a signed contract you cannot get a full loan approval. Also which bank only takes 2 weeks these days ?! ) ...Read your contract, and do not sign anything you are not happy with. Go with someone else if it doesnt suit you. They do not care so if we you can Avoid them !
