Enjoy shopping at Big W. Friendly staff. The only gripe is the self serve checkouts. Often the only way to pay for items. I like the human interaction, the friendly smile and chatter.
For the love of all that is holy, can someone PLEASE fix the audio system?! Not only have I seen people walk out because of the noise, but it literally makes me nauseous. That being said, staff are friendly and very helpful. Fix the audio system and I'll see about adding more stars...
Large store. Wheelchair accessible. Will need companion to get things off higher shelves. Large range of stock:cosmetics, perfumes, confectionery, electronic goods, household items, books, stationary, music,toys, clothes etc.Helpful staff.
Disappointed with big w. Went to buy Toshiba USB sticks as advertised in their catalogue. The products were nowhere to be found. Found similar ones and of course more expensive. Asked a salesperson for the products, she did not know anything about it but said she will go and ask someone. 15 minutes later the person did not return so I went looking for her, found her and said she could only find some other products. This is my experience with big w. Is it a case of false advertising!!!!! I wonder
Great service today, had a damaged part in an outdoor setting I purchased. They stayed open for a few extra minutes to change over the faulty part, no questions asked. So many staff trying to help. Best experience I've had here, keep up the great work! Thank you.
