Fantastic upgrade to the store . New clothing label Preview is great value for money. Big disappointment is all the self serve checkouts. Most shoppers want to be SERVED
Appalling level of service when it comes to answering their phones. Is there anybody out there??? On hold continuously... this is as bad as ringing Telstra. A clear demonstration that unless you have the time to make it into their store "they don't care" . Thumbs down Target, get your act into gear and train people to answer the phones... they are a method of communication you fools!
today we visited target - my wife needed some new underclothes- whilst shoppig we ran into a very pleasant young lady in a highvis vest - she was great ----after obtaining our purchases we headed for the register -- i noted a long walk past confectionary and drinks - so i side stepped it straight to the register -- immediately the girl in the pic left the register - and then returned - her sour look didnt change in our whole experience .my wife had mistakenly picted up the wrong size - she went and collected the correct items and on her return we were adised to go to the register where rhonda was -- she was very pleasent - a word to management please - the lass in the pic - did not make our visit an enjoyable one - i have suggested to my wife we go to another store in future - because if i have to experience what i experieinced today i the rudeness the arrogance the unfriendly attitude -- i would advise all customers to purchase elsewhere -- Management -- please organise some staff training - in customer service for the lady in the picture.
Target is a great place to shop for quality products at a reasonable price. I always know I'm getting what I played for and now they have after pay it makes it even easier to afford those bigger things when you need them. Definitely worth the shop.
