Very clean , most convenient location, bed very comfortable , tea and coffee plenty towels .Excellent value for money good security.
Nice ambience and set up with this small room which held no problems till we started to settle into the room. A bit claustrophobic as the window was at ceiling level.The surface areas were unclean, cup rings on side tables, dust covered toilet & bin, shower needed a good scrub who ever is cleaning this room needs to be dismissed.Friday night brought forth loud band music from 8.30pm to 12.30 am.what a disappointment to us both, nice and close to city centre and parking
The worst place I have ever stayed. Didn't get any sleep as it is so noisy. No hotel staff, dirty hadn't been cleaned, pooh down the toilet, and stick stuff on the bed side table. Gross. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
Didn't even stay yet they still charged me. Can't even contact them, no one ever picks up the phone. Banks sorting it out for me.There's literally no staff at all, no front desk and no one on thw phones.
