Funnily enough I came here to complain about my experience with one of the servers only to see that someone else has done the same. As a truck driver I don't have a lot of time to sit down and eat good food so I often find myself eating fast food.This McDonald's is more than often on one of my routes so I frequently come in for something quick to eat, often I am served by "Kayla" who seems to always be in a bad mood or maybe she's just a mean person in general, nonetheless she always ruins my experiences at this restaurant with her terrible attitude and poor composure because of this I don't think i'll be returning anytime soon. If the managers truly want this McDonald's to succeed I believe Kayla should be fired.
I had a very negative experience here, I came in with my 2 children to get them some lunch but unfortunately I had left my reading glasses in the car so I had difficulty reading the prices. I asked the server the prices of the happy meals which seemed to anger her as she sighed and talked to me in an aggressive manner making me feel very unwelcome. (servers name was "Kayla" I believe)
It is a little bit hit and miss with its quality and there has been the odd occasion where our orders have been incomplete or wrong. But that's the deal with fast food chains and on the whole, it is way better than Epsom and Kangaroo Flat
