Like always the fish & chips are amazing, wouldn't go anywhere else.
Mick's fish is great, the fish and the chips were excellent, the potato cakes and dim sims were average. Mick's fish was voted the best fish and chip shop in Bendigo. Sadly not the best potato cakes.
After waiting for an hour. We had a piece of cardboard called grilled fish. Rubber potato cakes and chips that tasted like they were cooked in oil that had never been changed. The battered fish was ok. Sorry, but if this is the best fish and chips in Bendigo next time we visit we will be elsewhere having a juicy steak!The Pub just up the road did much better!Very disappointed

Passing through Bendigo and stopped here for lunch. Best fish and chips ever. Fish freshly cooked in light batter with crispy chips. Most impressed. Worth another trip here just to enjoy this again.
