CR Martin Bendigo is the most unprofessional Real Estate I have ever dealt with. The rental manager would have to be the rudest human being I have every come across. I would suggest the owner take a good look at the way his employees deal with his valuable customers. I have experienced several encounters with the rental manager and each time has been extremely unpleasant. I would suggest the owner of CR Martin Bendigo send your rental manager on a customer service course to teach her people skills as SHE HAS ABSOLUTELY NONE.
I'm very angry with the way we have been treated. My Boys Father suffered a serious stroke so we had to pack up and clean the house he was renting from CR Martin. It took me a couple of weeks of hard work. I couldn't pay the rent so I told them to take it out of the bond. Legally they couldn't do it so they went to court No sympathy they took nearly or the bond apparently they had to put in a new carpet in a bedroom which was fair but then they said they would have to get a Gardner in. There was a big yard but no grass just dirt and leaves so I dont get it. So the bond that was paid was $1160 and we ended up getting back $134. I was stupid I thought I was doing the right thing but now I wish I never clean that house and they didn't give a damn about our situation. By the way my boys father is in a serious state and we have a few days or weeks to say goodbye. I also found them very rude over the phone which I didn't need at that bond.
There are plenty of great real estate agents that are organised, friendly and professional, this is not one of them. They need to learn manners, and to listen to what people say, rather than have to ask the same question 2 or 3 times and be so rude. I have to say that even if this was the last real estate in Bendigo that I could deal with, Id rather live under a piece of Tin than to have to deal with them.
We have rented through cr Martin for three years and have not had any issues. They r lovely
