Cleaned the house before my son moved in took photos cleaned the house when my son left the house whipper snipped blew all the leaves away from back and carport and drive way the same day we had a carpet cleaning service come in the place was cleaner when he left and they still kept his bond money saying they didnt give enough notice to leave any excuse to keep a dollar

A very good friend put me in touch with him and I'm so very grateful for it because Rory is the absolute best agent I've ever dealt with. Betty is honestly the best property manager ever! It's our first time being landlords and she has made it such a breeze!
