From start to finish Jenni made our planning so easy - lots of options but happy to listen to what we really wanted and there was no pressure to choose anything that we didn't want. Whilst we were away there was a minor hiccough with transfers that was solved with a simple phone call to the girls at Travelaction. The service could not have been better.
