Not as good as expected! Medium/Well done steak was nearer to Rare and very fatty and grisly. Would I go back? Not from my own choice I Wouldn't.
Went to the Broughie for a staff xmas party and had a great time. It's food reputation has been good for a few years now and the function food was tasty, had variety, and was plentiful . The facilities are excellent, there is a small smoking area and TAB facilities but what makes it fantasic are the staff who are always friendly.
Came here for a family lunch. Service was great, meals were great. If you're in bendigo I definitely would stop in for a meal.
Public holiday, so no restaurant or personal service, communication was via mobile phone. A bit pricey compared to other motels nearby.
I came here tonight for a catch up with friends & a meal, I had the slow cooked lamb on mash, this was really nice. The lamb was so soft & tender, I would highly recommend this. As well great service, but can get busy, so sometimes may have to book.
