Good quality bags and accessories but i had one of the worst experience in bendigoWith one rude girl working there.I went in boxing day and bought some jewelleries and asked if i can return and they said sale items only for exchang and i bought them but they didn't say that no earings exchange.One of my items was faulty so i wanted to swap the whole set. They said no earings swap and i accepted then another girl shouted loudly at me ,even diturbed other one talking to me ,saying this is our return and exchange policy and hit the disk .
