I had a great experience with Ruffell Jewellers in Bendigo. They are a father & son duo, who are actual jewellers - not just shop attendants / sales people. This means they really know what they are doing. I had some of my jewellery valued, as well as a couple of items repaired and I couldn't be happier with their work. Thank you Ruffells!
Honestly, pretty disappointed with the outcome of an engraving from this place. The gentlemen were kind enough, however, got my piece back with what looked like they started lightly to engrave in one place, and then changed their minds, to write in a separate place. My main disappointment comes from them engraving over writing, which just makes the piece look a mess.
