I was a very loyal customer. Had my wedding and eternity rings made at the bendigo store. Then yrs later i had to take them back in as they were wearing and had become very thin. I was prepared to spend considerable money having them redone. I got great news. .they only needed tacking together and the diamonds needed a little reinforcement. Fantastic! ! Until they came back. . The rings now appeared to be only one ring. All the bands had been melted together. I was greeted with "what a fantastic job. .they look great don't they" i was speechless and very upset. I took my rings and left. .got to my car and turned around and went back in. I showed the same sales woman who now says "yes they haven't been finished off properly have they" WOW.. and the gold around the diamonds had been built up so much i can barely see the main stone. They were sent off again. They came back no better so off they went again. . When they came back the final time i wasn't at all happy. They didn't look the same. They are literally welded together. I was told "oh well that is the best we can do".. my rings. That i treasured. I would not recommend anyone getting any work done at this store. My rings are destroyed. . I'll never get them apart. Worst decision I've made. Then to be treated like my rings didn't matter. One day I'll get a real jeweller to fix them for me. Shop elsewhere is my advice.
