Friendly staff. Helpful.
After shopping around at the marketplace, I found that Stearns Showcase Jewellers was the most helpful when it came to choosing my engagement ring. Not only did they know what they were talking about , they also educated my partner and myself and made sure we were able to find the exact diamond we wanted. All the girls were so friendly and had the best customer service.My partner and I couldn't recommend Stearns highly enough and look forward to returning to purchase our wedding bands in the near future.
The Staff in the town center store are unprofessional and have the worst customer service skills. They are patronising and arrogant. The staff at the market place are a little better but not by much. Both stores have been unable to suggest any jewellery that fits my personal preferences. When i wish to be left to look myself, than offered pieces i dont like they wont leave you alone and I walk out without buying anything..
Some staff good, some patronising. After spending thousands on jewellery god help you if you forgot you piece of paper to get your free 7 year diamond service. It should be on the computer anyway.
